I was looking for a healthy, reasonably priced lunch convenient to I-10 when passing through Tallahassee and found Kairos Mediterranean and it did not disappoint. I had a custom bowl and the selection of items was impressive. I went with the power greens which looked to be a spring mix with the occasional shredded Brussels sprouts, brown rice, and chicken. It was all very good and I enjoyed trying the different spreads and dressings. I went with the harissa yogurt dressing and red pepper feta, the latter in particular had a nice flavor. My only quibble is that the rice was a little dry. I enjoyed the self service beverage station and the wide selection of teas. I tried the peach tea (way too sweet for me), unsweetened tea, matcha and the lemon mint green tea. The matcha and lemon were slightly sweet but not overpowering. The restaurant was quite busy on a Saturday at lunch. I got lucky - there was no line when I arrived but by the time I sat down it was all the way to the door but it appeared to move quickly. There was plenty of seating despite how busy it was. The chairs and booths are wood with no padding and consequently became a little uncomfortable after sitting for a while.

We found everything about Kairos excellent-servers, food, cleanliness. Everyone was so helpful in explaining the food options. The manager even came to the front to answer questions about ingredients and gluten/dairy free options. We will definitely eat here again.

We vivisted today for the first time. First, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Mediterranean options are new to us and they walked us through our options with ease. They inquired about likes and dislikes and helped craft a bowl that was perfect for me. I appreciate their kindness with the delay a newbie caused. Secondly, the food was AMAZING! It was fresh, and filling. I highly recommend this well kept Tallahassee secret! You won't be disappointed.

The food look good at first, but looks are deceiving immediately. After receiving the food. We stepped in the car, so eager and excited to take our first bite. We took our first bite and immediately regretted it. It was absolutely cold. The flavors were there at first, but it was just absolutely cold. We went to gas station around the corner just the microwave the food too much sauce I couldn't even taste all the flavors by the time in the middle when I go back no
